Due to the artisan nature of our handbags & accessories, slight variations in color, shading, or brushstroke are normal and part of the natural beauty of hand-painted leather.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care (including cleaners, wipes, or sanitizers).

Please retain your receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

Handbags & Wallets: 1 year from purchase date (6 months for sale items)
Wanderlust Fabric Collection: 1 year from purchase date (6 months for sale items)
Umbrellas: 6 months (manufacturing defects only)
Scarves: 30 days (manufacturing defects only)
Final Sale / Clearance / 40%+ off: 30 days (manufacturing defects only)

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email hello@anuschkaleather.com With the following details:

• Photos of the issue (front, back, and close-ups)

• Receipt or proof of purchase

• Style number and artwork name (e.g., 651-CLP)

• Your name, address, and phone number

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
All claims are subject to inspection.

Repairs & Replacements

• If repairable, we’ll repair your item within the warranty period.

• If not repairable, we’ll replace it with the same or a comparable item.

• Shipping to Anuschka is the customer’s responsibility; we’ll cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

• Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

• We do not offer restoration, repainting, or cleaning services.
