Returns at a Glance

We accept returns on most full-priced items within 30 days (15 days for sale items). Items must be new and include original packaging. 

Standard Returns

  • Full-priced items: Return requests accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Sale items: Return requests accepted within 15 days.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item within the eligible window for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.

How to Start a Return

The easiest way to request a return is by logging into your Account.

  • Locate your order number (example: WBCA1211).
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Provide a brief reason for your return (example: too small).

Alternately, you can call us at 905-266-0625 with your return request. 

Eligible returns will receive authorization and instructions by email.
Processing takes 5–7 business days after receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, store credit, or an Anuschka Gift Card.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
